Life is a jar.
And every day, you decide what fills it.
The big rocks are the things that truly matter — your health, your relationships, your purpose, your growth.
The pebbles are the smaller goals, tasks, and commitments.
The sand is everything else — distractions, noise, the endless busywork.
If you start by pouring in the sand, there’s no room left for the rocks.
But if you place the rocks first, the rest always finds its space.
This is the Empty Jar Theory — a reminder that your time isn’t infinite.
Fill it with what matters most, or it will always feel full… but never meaningful...
